Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Leek
- Red pepper
- Avocado
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- We dice the leek and pepper and place them in a pan with olive oil. We brown them for a couple of minutes.
- We grill the salmon
- We peel the avocado and slice it.
- We placed the salmon on top of the avocado and added the leek and pepper on top.
SMOKED SALMON AND AVOCADO SALAD (@cookingmylife)
Ingredients:
- tender shoots
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Avocado Sigfrido
- Smoked salmon
- Pickles
- Apple
- Mozzarella balls
- Black sesame
- Pink salt
- Lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- At the bottom of the bowl we put a good handful of tender sprouts.
- We peel and chop the apple into small pieces, then add it.
- We repeat the process with the avocado.
- We crumbled some pieces of smoked salmon.
- We chopped some pickles.
- We added some mozzarella balls.

- Cooked broccoli and cauliflower.
- Grilled or steamed turkey or chicken.
- Mustard mayonnaise (egg, olive oil, salt, a splash of vinegar and mustard).
- Probiotic fermented foods: capers and caperberries, Kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
