Expeditions to the peninsula

Orders will be delivered, on Spanish territory (peninsula only), within 24-48 hours worked, if  orders  have been placed before Wednesday 14h., public holiday not included.

Orders made between Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or  a public holiday will leave  our warehouse on the following Monday or, if necessary, the next business day the nearest one. The reason for this exception is the better preservation of the fruit, since SIGFRIDO FRUIT  wants to  prevent    orders from  its  customers   being in the hands of the carrier for a period of more than 48 hours.

Orders for delivery on public holidays

In case of orders on days near local or regional holidays in your place, please specify this when making the order in the “observations” box. If this information is not mentioned, the delivery will be made on the next business day for you, and the Sigfrido team will not be responsible for the consequences produced during this waiting period.

SHIPPING COSTS PER ADDRESS

The transport cost is included in the price for shipments to the peninsula. The additional costs  caused  by the  customer’s error in the transcript of his address will not be borne by Sigfrido Fruit. The exact confirmation of his address is an exclusive responsibility of the user  when purchasing it.

For shipments to: Balearic Islands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Holland, Italy and the United Kingdom, the cost will depend on the product and weight. RETURNS POLICY

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the customer without justification, in our products, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs c) d) and e) of Article 103 of the General Law of Consumers and Users when referring to:

Complaints within 48 hours of receiving the fruit.

The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised.

The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

By accepting the present conditions, the customer declares that he/she is not entitled to the right of withdrawal if he/she orders any of the products offered, and Sigfrido Fruit is not obliged to reimburse the amounts paid by the user.

Here are some recommendations to adapt the fruit to your consumption needs:

SIGFRIDO AVOCADO

Shelf life of the product:

If the fruit is ready to eat, keep at temperatures between 5ºC and 7ºC. In case it is green, keep at room temperature for ripening and refrigerate once it starts to ripen.

Sigfritruco:

To accelerate the ripening process we can wrap them in newspaper, being even more effective to put them together with bananas or apples, as they are fruits that emit ethylene, and this is essential for the avocado to ripen.

Once the fruit is at its optimum point of consumption, peel and separate the pulp from the stone. Once separated, the stone should not be thrown away as it serves as an antioxidant.

SIGFRID MANGO

Shelf life of the product:

The product, when refrigerated, will have a shelf life of 20 days, kept at temperatures between 8ºC and 12ºC.

As with avocado, if you wish to accelerate the ripening process, simply wrap the mangoes in newspaper.

Instructions for use:

Once the fruit is at its optimum point of consumption, peel the mango and separate the pulp from the stone.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The client accepts that the legislation applicable to the operation of this service is Spanish and submits to the jurisdiction and courts of Malaga for the resolution of conflicts arising from the interpretation and application of this contract.
